Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-embracing e-mail management tool, which will grant you complete authority over your email box accounts and newsletters. With this intuitive interface, you can set up a brand new email account in an instant and manage its settings with ease. Moreover, you can redirect email messages from one email box account to another, configure email filters, set up auto-reply messages and secure your email mailbox accounts against spam e-mails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can secure all your mail accounts against unsolicited bulk mail messages. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no undesirable mail messages will find their way into your email mailbox. Your e-mail messages will be sifted out based on their spam score. You can also choose whether an e-mail message blacklisted as spam should be erased or redirected to a certain email account.
Email Filters
Mail filters are excellent for filtrating your incoming messages according to specific rules specified by you. Creating mail filters is extremely easy - all you need to do is fill in a simple form and your email filter will be created and will take effect instantaneously. You can swiftly set up an e-mail filter for any of your mailbox accounts and define the mail filtering criteria as per your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly redirect your incoming e-mails from one email mailbox account to another, or even to several other e-mail boxes. Simply specify the mailbox account you would like to redirect emails from, then choose the destination e-mailbox and indicate if you would like to keep a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager, you can easily configure the email client of your preference to access your e-mail box accounts. Just go to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mail account you want to set up on your desktop computer or cellular phone and click on the e-mail client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your mail client and the new mailbox will be configured in a minute.

With the Email Manager interface, working with multiple email mailboxes at the same time is a piece of cake. The Email Manager user interface will also allow you to easily create an auto-reply message - specify the message you would like people to notice and our system will handle everything else. And if you want to configure a catch-all mailbox - you can do that with a mere click on the Catch-all icon.
